Q) How often do you deliver?

We deliver every 364 days a year. (Excluding Christmas day)

Q) How fresh are your potatoes?

The potatoes we deliver are peeled in the morning of delivery day and brought to you the same day.

Q) What time do you deliver?

We deliver in most areas between the hours of 5am – 7pm.

Q) How do I place my order?

There are a few ways you can place your order such as: WhatsApp, email, phone call or our website.

Q) Do you only sell potatoes?

There are a few ways you can place your order such as: WhatsApp, email, phone call or our website.

Q) Is there a minimum order?

A Minimum order is either 50kg of fresh potatoes or £60 in sterling.

Q) How are the potatoes delivered?

All our potatoes are delivered to your door in one of our modern refrigerated vans.

Q) When do you need my order?

We can process your order right up to 7pm the evening before delivery as we don’t buy anything until the delivery date. We can also take emergency orders until 10am on the day but a £10 charge will be added to your invoice.

Q) If for any reason I need to change my order, what can I do?

You can call us on 07763736434 between the hours of 9.00am – 7.00pm and speak with a customer care advisor that will be happy to help you.

Q) Where do you get your potatoes from?

All our potatoes are grown in UK, also every chip can be traced from field to fork.
